We share the following tips with you to keep your flooring safe and stylish for years to come.
Water should never be allowed to flood or stand on the floor since it can loosen the adhesive.
Heavy furniture and appliances should be handled with caution
Use at least 2-inch-diameter furniture protectors.
Remove any hard or small buttons that may be found on the bottoms of chairs and other pieces of furniture. High-heeled shoes also work.
To protect the flooring from dirt and grit tracked in, place walk-off mats at each door.
Do not use rubber-backed mats because certain rubber compounds can permanently stain vinyl.
Never clean these floors with vinegar, acetone, or lacquer thinner.
You can apply nail polish remover that contains acetone, but is not pure acetone, with a soft cloth to remove excessive stainings such as nail polish, paint, dye, and permanent markers.
